Evan Kechely, of the Pearly Baler’s Ale House in Easton, serves up appetizers during the Festival of Flavors at the Hotel Bethlehem on Sunday. The fundraiser featuring 17 restaurant and food providers was held by the Salvation Army to raise funds for youth and after school programs. Lehigh Valley Salvation Army coordinator Major Roger Duperee says he hopes to raise $25,000 from the event, which attracted a little over 200 people.
